SUMMARY

The Business Analyst II is primarily responsible for supporting court-wide staff in the use of the court’s case management system and related applications. This role serves as a bridge between agencies, teams, and departments by ensuring operational needs are accurately captured and represented in software development design, and deployment efforts. Success in this role requires proactive communication, consistent professionalism, and effective collaboration across diverse court functions while working within established processes.

MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Two (2) years of experience performing business application support or business process analysis. • Bachelor of Science OR

Combined education and experience qualifications:

• Job-related work experience may substitute for educational qualifications on a year-for-year basis.

PREFERRED EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

• At least 5 years of progressively responsible related work experience.
