Salary: £55,000 - £65,000

As Salesforce Product Owner, you will take ownership of how our Salesforce platform evolves to support the business. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand problems and opportunities, complete detailed scoping and turn agreed needs into clear, prioritised and deliverable product changes.

Sitting within the Technical CRM team, you will be responsible for driving projects and improvements from discovery through to delivery and adoption. You will bring together business context, user needs, data, process and technical considerations so that the team builds the right solution, in the right order, with a clear definition of success.

This is a hands-on delivery role for someone who can move comfortably between strategic product planning, detailed requirements, stakeholder conversations and day-to-day coordination with Salesforce administrators and developers.

What you will own
