Mambo Seafood is a high-volume iconic Houston restaurant brand that has been in business since 1996. Mambo has 13 restaurants in the Greater Houston area and one franchised operation in the Rio Grande Valley.

Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee and support our organization's technology infrastructure across multiple restaurant locations, including point-of-sale systems, mobile device management, network security, connectivity, and day-to-day IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer Office 365 environment, including Azure, Entra ID, and SharePoint • Administer and support mobile device management (MDM) software for iPads and laptops • Manage network infrastructure using Meraki (firewalls, switches, and access points) • Implement and maintain security protocols across all company devices and networks • Troubleshoot security systems (cameras and alarm pads) • Troubleshoot network and internet connectivity issues at store locations to minimize downtime • Provide regular hands-on IT support to end users (hardware, software, network issues) • Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot POS systems (Aloha or Toast preferred) across multiple locations • Support multiple sites/locations, coordinating IT needs across the organization • Monitor systems for security vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with best practices • Document IT processes, procedures, and system configurations • Provide on-call/after-hours…
