Lead, Platform Engineering F/T

Overview Lead Mastercard’s Microsoft software platform initiatives within the GenAI & Modern Messaging team.

Role • Act as the GenAI Technology, and M365 software platforms subject matter expert supporting End Users, Technology Adoption, Change Management, and Internal Communication Teams. • Work directly with Vendor Product Groups and contracted third parties. • Monitor GenAI platforms and provide metrics on platform adoption, usage, and availability. • Act as the lead submitting trouble tickets and feature enhancement requests to vendors. • Monitor user usage. • Monitor applications. • Develop Power Platform applications. • Develop Copilot Studio and M365 Copilot Agents. • Create reports.

About You • Position requires Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science or Engineering or related and year (8) years of progressively responsible experience in job offered…
