The Role

Our Activate team is an exciting new team at Sinch that owns the overall customer experience on the Sinch Build Dashboard. We are a small, fast-moving team pioneering experiments and A/B testing at Sinch. We ship to production often and immerse ourselves in tracking data to understand our customers.

As a Full-Stack Software Engineer III, you will shape the customer experience on the Build Dashboard, with a strong focus on React. This is an early-team opportunity: you will help shape how the team works and have real ownership of what you ship. We value pragmatic engineers who move fast, care about the customer impact, and use AI tools to work smarter. You will work closely with Product, design, and cross-functional teams. This is a hybrid role, working from our Stockholm office.
