Investment Operations Data Analyst

Overview

As an Analyst on the Investment Data Operations team, you will play a critical role in managing and validating pricing and security master data for a diverse range of investment products. This role involves strategic oversight of data sourcing, validation, processing and distribution. The ideal candidate will possess an understanding of financial instruments and data management best practices and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders. You will partner with Engineering & Technology, Portfolio Managers, and other internal teams to ensure accurate pricing data throughout the Investment ecosystem. This role requires availability to work from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM ET, Monday through Friday.

We currently operate in a hybrid working model, whereby you will be required to work in-office 4 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily valuation and validation of securities, including equities, fixed income, structured products, and derivatives. • Review and challenge pricing from external vendors, applying fair value methodologies in accordance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data integrity and accuracy throughout the data ecosystem • Collaborate with technology teams to automate workflows and improve data quality controls • Respond to client inquiries to support Allspring’s Institutional clients and Subadvised business…
