Business Systems Analyst

Primary Purpose:

The Business Systems Analyst supports the administration and ongoing enhancement of Oracle EPM and Oracle Fusion ERP applications. This role partners with Finance and other business teams to gather and document business requirements, support system improvements, and help deliver solutions that improve automation, accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.

The Business Systems Analyst serves as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, assisting with the support, maintenance, and implementation of Oracle-based business solutions. This role serves as a key partner to Finance in supporting financial reporting, planning, close, and reconciliation processes through effective use of Oracle ERP and EPM technologies.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

General:

• Develop and maintain working knowledge of Oracle EPM modules, including FCCS, PBCS, ARCS, and EDM. • Develop and maintain working knowledge of Oracle Fusion ERP modules including General Ledger, Cash Management, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Projects, and Expense. • Gather, document, and analyze business requirements for system enhancements, reporting needs, and process improvements. • Assist in translating business requirements into system solutions and communicating technical concepts in a user-friendly manner. • Build effective working relationships with business stakeholders, process owners, system users, and IT partners. • Support the…
