Team Description:

Neuralink's Information Technology team owns the corporate environment that every engineer, scientist, and clinician depends on to do their work. Within IT, the Network function is responsible for the connectivity underneath all of it: the campus and data center networks that link our research labs, assembly lines, offices, and compute clusters, and the firewalls, wireless, and zero-trust access that keep that traffic secure. When the network is down, research stops and the line stops, so we hold a high bar for reliability, observability, and configuration managed as code.

Job Description and Responsibilities:

Neuralink is looking for a hands-on Network Engineer to own the design, build, and operation of our campus and data center networks. You will be responsible for the switching, routing, wireless, firewall, and NAC infrastructure that connects our research labs, assembly lines, offices, and compute clusters, and for the fiber and structured cabling that ties them together. We manage network configuration as code wherever possible and expect you to work the same way.
