Требования • At least 6 years of experience in Quest or Mission Design • At least one shipped AAA title with strong narrative design elements • High creativity and exceptional narrative proficiency • Strong scenario, screenplay, or short-story writing skills • Very high proficiency with visual scripting tools • Experience with game editors and game design tools • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills • Ability to design in-game features and tools for efficient implementation • Ability to receive and apply feedback in an iterative environment • Ability to work effectively across teams in the game development lifecycle • Excellent communication skills and ability to work within a team • Experience mentoring other designers and delivering accurate feedback • Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines • Passion for games, particularly cRPGs or pen-and-paper role-playing systems • Fluent English • Будет плюсом: credited narrative work for movies, plays, or books, knowledge of Unreal Engine 5 Blueprints,…
