Senior Technical Business Analyst

Salary: Up to $1100 per day depending on experience!

This Government agency is currently looking for a Senior Technical Business Analyst to lead requirements management across complex ICT, telecommunications and critical infrastructure programs, keeping a clear line of sight from business objectives through design, build, testing, transition and operational acceptance.

What you’ll do

• Lead stakeholder engagement to elicit, validate and document business, operational and technical requirements • Set and maintain requirements management standards, processes and controls across projects and suppliers • Own requirements baselines, repositories and end-to-end traceability • Develop and review BRDs, system and non-functional requirements, user stories, process models and acceptance criteria • Provide requirements-based assurance over architecture, design, testing and supplier deliverables

What you’ll bring

• Extensive experience leading requirements management on large-scale ICT, telco or critical infrastructure programs • A proven track record establishing baselines, change control processes and traceability frameworks • Strong grounding in requirements engineering, systems analysis and delivery governance • Excellent facilitation, negotiation and communication skills, including the ability to make the complex simple • Previous Government experience is highly regarded
