How you will make an impact:

• Develop Professional Education programs and strategies for the organization. • Subject Matter Expert for areas of responsibility with the specific product/program expertise and procedural knowledge • Engage KOLs to develop strategically aligned messages on EW programs • Create and manage all product and/or program related training documents and educational tools from program planning to execution • Develop the strategy for the effective launch, management and execution of existing programs, related trainings and projects intended to maximize product/procedural outcomes • Develop tactics (e.g., virtual symposiums, digital app) for local/region size and scope that support the strategy and access new training methodologies as incorporated into product launches as appropriate • Manage relationships with multiple vendors • Measure effectiveness of educational tools, resources and programs through post-meeting survey instruments, PSR, clinical field feedback and KOL review and develop plan to address concerns • Drive process improvement for…
