Your role as a Manager, Ballpark Security:

As a Ballpark Security Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that the San Diego Padres

Security Department provides the highest level of professionalism and impeccable safety and

security to all players, talent, employees, and guests of Petco Park, enabling them to

positively experience America’s Best Ballpark.

You will accomplish this by providing strategic and operational leadership by managing the 24/7

security operations of Petco Park and leading Ballpark Security Supervisors, Leads, and Full- and Part-Time Ballpark Security Officers, coordinating daily security operations, and responding to incidents and operational needs.
