Location: Remote; candidates must reside within two hours of Charlotte, NC. Schedule: Full-time; Exempt. Relocation and per diem are not provided.

The Role We’re looking for a hands-on Software Engineer to help design and build applications, data solutions, and AI-enabled capabilities that solve meaningful business problems. You’ll bring software development skills and experience or familiarity with Document AI, data warehousing, and modern data technologies.

You’ll work directly with business stakeholders to understand their workflows and challenges, partner with the Software Development Manager to determine the right technical approach, then build, implement, and improve the solution. You’ll report to the Software Development Manager, who sets technical direction and architecture.

This is primarily a hands-on engineering role: approximately 80% of your time will focus on development, with the remainder spent collaborating with stakeholders and contributing to solution design.
