ERP Systems Manager Dynamics 365 Business Central Hybrid Weybridge Up to £65,000

An established UK business is seeking an ERP Systems Manager to oversee the performance, development and long-term strategy of its business systems landscape, with a key focus on Dynamics 365 Business Central.

This position will suit someone who enjoys acting as the bridge between technology and the wider business, driving system improvements, managing third-party providers and ensuring core applications deliver maximum value to end users.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day management of the company's ERP platform and supporting applications • Drive system enhancement initiatives, upgrades and business process improvements • Work with department leaders to identify operational challenges and recommend technology solutions • Coordinate with external consultancies and software vendors to deliver projects and support services • Monitor application performance, system reliability and user adoption • Manage incident resolution and ensure business-critical issues are addressed effectively • Contribute to future digital transformation and technology improvement programmes • Champion best practice across business systems and data management

Requirements
