Comp: $175K-$275K + highly competitive equity. Location: On-site 5 days, Flatiron NYC. Visa: Visa transfers (OPT, H1B).
Responsibilities
• Build and ship internal AI agents that push code to production, manage company knowledge and handle entire jobs end to end • Own context architecture: sources of truth, docs synced with reality • Build integrations and MCPs making internal tooling agent-accessible • Create eval suites, monitor agent trajectories, iterate • Invent infrastructure, interfaces and operating models for human-agent collaboration
