Junior Platform Engineer

Salary: £40,000 - 50,000 per year

Requirements:

• Around 1 to 2 years commercial experience in a relevant technical role, such as Cloud, Infrastructure, DevOps or Platform Engineering • Experience with some of the following: Azure or AWS, Terraform, CI/CD tools, Docker, Linux, Git, Bash or PowerShell, and monitoring and logging tools • Strong technical fundamentals, good communication skills, problem-solving ability, willingness to learn and ownership of work • Kubernetes experience is useful but not essential; we can provide training • Comfortable commuting to Staines three days per week

Responsibilities:

• Support and maintain cloud infrastructure • Work with Azure • Support CI/CD pipelines • Use Infrastructure as Code • Work with Docker and containerised applications • Carry out Linux administration and use command-line tooling • Troubleshoot deployment and infrastructure
