Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for an IT Support Specialist to join our team in Schaumburg, Florida!

Our corporate office in Sarasota, FL is looking for a responsible, self-motivated IT Support Specialist to undertake a variety of IT duties. The ideal candidate will have great attention to detail, organizational skills, and strong communication.

Pay, Schedule, and Location

• $50,000 - $55,000/annually, depending on experience. • Excellent benefits package: Medical, Dental, and Vision. • Our offices are open Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., must be available after hours based on needs. • Located in Schaumburg, Florida!

Responsibilities/Duties

• Tier 1 support for company IT systems. • Track assets and organize asset management systems. • Run and distribute reports to teams as scheduled. • Working knowledge of iOS, Windows 11, MacOS, & Google Workspace. • Organize and manage vendor contacts. • Answer calls and emails to the IT Department in a timely manner. • On-Site workstation setup - travel to branches &…
