We’re looking for a Technical Delivery Manager to serve as the bridge between our business teams and software development organization. We need someone who understands how software work moves from an initial business request to clear requirements, development, testing, release, and completion. Serve as the primary coordination point between business stakeholders and the software development team for assigned initiatives, enhancements, defects, and support-related development work. Manage and govern the intake of technical requests across Monday.com, Freshservice, and other approved channels, ensuring work is documented, categorized, assigned, and routed appropriately. Review incoming requests to confirm the business problem, desired
