IT Business Analyst (Banking)

Salary: $3,500 – $5,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis and Project Delivery

• Gather and document business requirements, user stories, and process flows • Improve Procurement Workbench workflows, automation, and operational efficiency • Coordinate with business and technology teams on solution implementation, SIT, UAT, defect management, and deployment

Stakeholder Collaboration and Operational Support

• Work with stakeholders to clarify requirements, resolve issues, and track project progress • Provide functional support for Procurement Workbench and AI-enabled solutions, including incidents and enhancement requests • Prepare and maintain SOPs, user guides, and training
