Quality Control Test Engineer

Quality Control Test Engineer $3,000 – $4,500 Monday – Friday, 9m – 6pm Woodlands

Job Responsibilities

• Perform quality control testing for control boards, Bond Head and machine functional testing. • Conduct machine buy-off, test calibration, ESD testing, heater validation and temperature tuning. • Handle RMA, failure analysis and investigate quality issues on control boards, PCBA, motors and electronic parts. • Support new machine, new parts and new feature transfers from R&D to production. • Prepare and maintain test procedures, work instructions, QC checklists and test specifications. • Analyse test results and field feedback to identify improvement opportunities. • Conduct internal/external audits and prepare QC reports, 8D reports, failure analysis and evaluation reports. • Drive continuous improvement of testing processes, quality standards and manufacturing
