Principal Business Analyst (Workforce Planning)

Salary: $977.69 + superannuation

Pinpoint Talent is seeking a highly capable Principal Business Analyst to join a significant Queensland Government workforce transformation project. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a large-scale Workforce Mobility Project focused on streamlining HR processes, improving workforce mobility and enhancing the employee experience across a complex, statewide organisation.

With a contract through to June 2027 and potential extensions, this role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to a major transformation initiative.
