Product Manager, Industrial Solutions Job Term: Full-Time The Opportunity Picarro is looking for a product-minded builder to join our Industrial Solutions team as a Product Manager. You will define what gets built, why it matters, and how it works. You will own outcomes, not just a backlog. You will own features end-to-end and shape the roadmap within Picarro ’s fastest-growing verticals: continuous fenceline monitoring for chemical manufacturing compliance and industrial workplace monitoring for occupational safety. Both are grounded in the Cavity Ring-Down Spectroscopy (CRDS) measurement science that makes Picarro instruments the gold standard in precision gas analysis. You will work across the full product lifecycle: customer discovery, requirements, prototyping, launch, and iteration. The products you ship will directly help companies meet complex environmental and safety obligations. That is the mission. Responsibilities Product Strategy & Roadmap Set priorities and shape the Industrial Solutions roadmap, balancing near-term customer needs and compliance deadlines with longer-term platform investments. Own features end-to-end, from concept to launch to continuous improvement, and be accountable for the results. Prototyping & Requirements Translate customer insights and market needs into crisp, actionable requirements: MRDs, PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
