Data/Business Intelligence Manager

Responsibilities:

• Collect, consolidate and analyze commercial, CRM and customer data from multiple internal and external sources • Develop, maintain and continuously improve business intelligence dashboards and reporting tools using Power BI, SQL and other reporting platforms • Transform complex datasets into clear business insights that support strategic and operational decision-making • Analyze sales performance, market trends, customer segmentation and commercial KPIs • Monitor Sales Force Effectiveness indicators, identifying opportunities to improve field force productivity and execution • Analyze CRM performance and customer engagement metrics, recommending initiatives to improve HCP interactions and omnichannel effectiveness • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Medical and Commercial Excellence teams to understand business needs and translate them into actionable analyses • Design and automate recurring reports, dashboards and KPI monitoring tools • Proactively identify trends, risks and business opportunities through advanced data analysis • Present findings and recommendations to senior management in a clear and business-oriented manner • Support forecasting, territory analysis, targeting, incentive schemes and performance measurement • Ensure data quality, consistency and governance across reporting systems • Participate in digital transformation…
