The Opportunity: CACI is seeking a ServiceNow CMDB Lead Developer to support the Enterprise Information Technology as a Service (EITaaS) program for the Department of the Air Force. The Lead Developer will provide technical leadership for the development, integration, configuration, and sustainment of the enterprise ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and associated IT Operations Management capabilities. This role will lead technical development activities supporting ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, enterprise data integrations, CMDB data quality, Configuration Item relationships, and other capabilities required to maintain an accurate and reliable enterprise CMDB. The Lead Developer will work closely with architects, business analysts, platform teams, Government stakeholders, and other developers to translate requirements and technical designs into scalable ServiceNow solutions that support enterprise operations and mission requirements.
