Position Description:

Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing, the Commercial Solar Retrofit Project Developer will be responsible for developing a new commercial solar business pipeline, generating new viable business and managing customer relationships from inception, closing and after sales, in an effort to meet and exceed sales goals. The ideal candidate will have the ability to build rapport with colleagues, team members and management and become a trusted advisor to customers and will possess keen insight into the northern California commercial solar market and customers’ needs and interests relating to solar energy.
