Experience: 5-7 years

Compensation: 80k – 100k basic + 35% bonus

The opportunity

We are partnering with an innovative, international insurance business to appoint a Pricing Data Science Manager in a newly created role.

This is an opportunity for a technically strong Data Scientist with experience in insurance pricing to take ownership of advanced analytics initiatives, lead a growing team and help shape the future of pricing across multiple markets.

The successful candidate will combine hands-on technical expertise with team leadership and commercial thinking. Working closely with local Pricing teams, business stakeholders and technology specialists, you will turn complex data into practical solutions that improve pricing accuracy, customer segmentation and profitable growth.

There is significant flexibility to challenge existing approaches, experiment with new ideas and develop innovative solutions in a collaborative environment.
