Data Analytics & CRM Analyst (AI/ML, Retail Banking)

Salary: $40,000 – $55,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Data Analytics professional with a strong AI/ML background to join the Data, Analytics & CRM team of a major financial institution.

Key Responsibilities

• Define AI product vision and roadmap aligned with business goals • Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams (data scientists, AI engineers, UX) • Develop Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) and support rapid prototypes / PoCs • Analyse large structured and unstructured datasets to deliver actionable insights • Apply machine learning, predictive modelling, LLMs, NLP and RAG techniques • Manage end-to-end delivery of analytics projects, including design, validation and performance tracking • Set and monitor KPIs (model accuracy, ROI, adoption) to scale successful
