Position Overview We are looking for a senior Product professional with strong experience across CRM, Player Lifecycle, BI / Data Products, Data Governance, and regulated product environments.

This role will own the strategy, roadmap, development, and delivery of CRM, BI, Player Lifecycle, and related core platform capabilities.

The successful candidate will work closely with Engineering, Data, Operations, Compliance, Risk, AML, Security, and other cross-functional teams to build scalable, data-driven, compliant, and auditable product capabilities.

Most importantly, we are looking for someone who has actually built or led CRM and BI/Data products from 01 or 1N, rather than simply using existing CRM, marketing automation, or BI tools.

Key Responsibilities 1. Product Strategy & Roadmap Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for CRM, BI, Player Lifecycle, and related core platform products.
