You'll work with a range of modern database technologies, designing scalable solutions, improving performance, automating processes, and helping teams make the most of their data.

What You'll Be Doing

Database Design & Development Design, build and maintain relational and NoSQL databases including PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server, Aurora and MongoDB. Develop scalable, reliable database solutions that support business and product goals.

Automation & DevOps Integrate database deployments into CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, migrations and releases. Develop and manage infrastructure as code using tools such as Terraform and CloudFormation.

Performance & Reliability Optimise queries, indexes and database performance to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Support high availability, backup, replication and disaster recovery strategies.

Monitoring & Security Implement monitoring, alerting and logging to maintain database health and performance. Apply security best practices, including encryption, access controls and compliance requirements.…
