Manual QA Analyst

Описание The Software Testing Analyst is responsible for testing and verification of software solutions in the Licensing and Prelicensing Departments at Primerica. The ideal candidate is technical and has a proven commitment to quality with a solid understanding of testing concepts, practices and procedures. As a Manual Tester, your primary responsibility will be to build effective test plans and test cases to explore and validate the functional correctness of our applications.

Задачи • Software verification of software applications in all phases of development life cycle including planning, inputs, design, implementation, and testing. • Actively participate and contribute to ensure project test plans, scenarios, and data satisfy the project requirements as well as organizational quality standards. • Learn and analyze system specifications/requirements. • Write and execute manual system level test cases and procedures and analyze the results. • Report defects and work with analyst, Product Owner and developers to resolve them. • Perform debugging and root cause analysis of product issues or defects. • Provide input and estimates to project planning activities and timely and accurate status reporting risks, and issues to project stakeholders. • Provide continuous risk assessment and timely escalation of software quality concerns. • Support department inquiries and maintenance tables.
