Задачи • Design AI roadmaps with client leadership and own them through to production • Create and implement AI solution architectures to deliver on those roadmaps • Set and uphold Data Platform and MLOps standards across the client portfolio • Mentor engineers and contribute to hiring, team growth, and client accounts • Advance the engineering practice, including the use of agentic coding workflows • Test, document, and share effective approaches across the team • Elevate the product mindset to ensure the team builds the right things • Own the technical roadmap of at least one engagement within the first six months • Contribute a recognised voice to the Asset strategy

Требования • 5+ Years building and scaling data and AI solutions in production environments • Strong software engineering fundamentals and ability to write production-grade code • Infrastructure experience, including Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and data pipelines • Mastery of at least one major cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or GCP • Experience leading MLOps/LLMOps architectures • Proven experience taking LLM-based or agentic systems to production • Experience mentoring engineers, overseeing…
