Требования • Degree in Engineering, Management, Information Systems or a similar field; • Relevant experience in Business Analysis roles, preferably in digital transformation projects and the development of technological solutions; • At least 2 years of proven experience gathering, analysing, clarifying and validating requirements with business areas; • Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria, including identifying scenarios and dependencies; • Experience designing, analysing and optimising business processes; • Autonomy and critical thinking to challenge and clarify requirements, ensuring alignment between the business, processes and development teams; • Experience managing expectations and communicating with different stakeholders; • Experience monitoring implementation, testing and solution validation; • Knowledge of Agile methodologies; • Experience with JIRA and Confluence; • Excellent analysis, communication, organisation and problem-solving skills; • Proactivity, autonomy, a sense of responsibility and a results-oriented approach; • Ability to work as part of a team and manage priorities, ensuring the quality of deliverables and meeting deadlines; • Immediate…
