Data Analyst Lead (Bureau)

Salary: £32,126 - 32,126 per year

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing and developing successful teams. • Strong experience working with data, reporting and performance information. • The ability to challenge processes, identify opportunities and drive positive change. • Experience implementing service improvements and delivering measurable outcomes. • Experience managing operational performance, quality standards and delivery targets. • Good Microsoft Excel and Power BI skills. • A proactive, inquisitive and solutions-focused approach with a desire to continuously improve services. • Energy industry experience would be beneficial but is not essential; we value strong leadership, data and service improvement experience.
