IT Business Analyst

Salary: £40,000 - 45,000 per year

Requirements:

• Several years of hands-on Business Analyst experience. • Evidence of independently leading requirements from discovery through to sign-off. • Strong process mapping and requirements documentation skills. • Practical experience using JIRA and Confluence. • Strong working knowledge of Agile or Kanban delivery. • A good understanding of the software development lifecycle. • Experience translating business problems into clear requirements for technical teams. • Experience supporting testing and UAT. • Strong stakeholder communication skills. • Excellent written and spoken English. • Full right to work in the UK without sponsorship. • Financial services experience, particularly banking, lending, consumer finance, insurance or another regulated financial environment, is highly desirable.
