Responsibilities:
• Take full strategic ownership of a business-critical CRM and Partner platform • Design, test, and deploy scalable automated workflows using complex Salesforce Flows • Configure custom architecture, unique data models, and sandboxes for release cycles • Manage user profiles, role hierarchies, and advanced platform security compliance • Build advanced operational reporting dashboards to track international pipeline health • Train staff members on the effective use and benefits of Salesforce systems • Troubleshoot issues and identify areas where the system could add value to different departments
