Задачи • Assessing the current data architecture and defining a scalable target-state architecture. • Designing a data architecture capable of supporting annual expansion through new subsidiaries. • Eliminating the current single point of failure within the data landscape. • Establishing and improving data quality standards and data modeling practices. • Evaluating and comparing cloud, on-premises, and hybrid architecture approaches. • Designing data warehousing and data platform solutions. • Supporting data governance activities from an architectural perspective. • Defining and supporting REST API-based integrations. • Working with Microsoft SQL Server-based environments and data platforms. • Supporting implementation and testing activities during the delivery phase. • Conducting the initial architecture assessment as part of the first project phase.
