IT Manager

Salary: $100,000 – $150,000 per year

An international bank is seeking a hands-on IT professional to look after its Sydney branch’s technology environment. You’ll be responsible for day-to-day IT support, on-site infrastructure, network security and cross-border reporting, working closely with Head Office.

What You’ll Do

• Set up and support office PCs, resolve hardware, software and multi-function printer issues, and run, print and distribute batch and SWIFT reports • Configure and maintain telephony and extensions, including call recording systems • Set up and troubleshoot video conferencing across platforms such as Cisco, Microsoft Teams and Zoom • Manage on-site smart door access, CCTV and UPS systems • Configure and review on-premises firewalls and network switches • Administer system access controls and user permissions • Maintain Data Loss Prevention (DLP)
