The customer is an international company specializing in technology consulting and business process improvement. The company helps organizations enhance operational efficiency, optimize workflows, and support digital transformation initiatives through modern technology solutions, system integrations, and process automation across various business domains.

Задачи • Leading technical design of the Salesforce solution across multiple business domains. • Defining scalable architecture for core objects, custom data models, automation, integrations, and security. • Overseeing implementation of business processes related to catalog/rights, customer and organization management, request intake, contracting, booking lifecycle, fulfillment, royalties, billing, and legal/compliance workflows. • Reviewing and approving technical solutions proposed by other developers. • Establishing development standards, code review practices, deployment approach, and quality controls. • Coordinating cross-cloud and cross-system dependencies, including API-based integrations and external partner platforms. • Supporting solution refinement with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders. • Ensuring the maintainability, performance, and extensibility of the delivered solution.
