We are seeking an experienced Business Analytics Manager to join a high-profile fleet compliance programme, supporting the delivery of critical analytics, reporting, and data infrastructure across a large operational environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain reporting solutions and BI dashboards using QuickSight and other visualisation tools. • Build and optimise SQL-based data models, queries, and reporting frameworks. • Design and automate data pipelines using Python to improve reporting efficiency and data accuracy. • Monitor and resolve data quality issues, ensuring the integrity of compliance metrics and operational reporting. • Translate business requirements into scalable and validated analytics solutions. • Partner with technical and non-technical stakeholders to deliver actionable insights and support key business decisions.

Essential Skills

✅ Advanced SQL and data modelling expertise (CTEs, window functions, query optimisation)

✅ Strong dashboard development experience with QuickSight, Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI tools

✅ Python scripting and pipeline automation experience

✅ Experience with data quality management and reporting governance

✅ Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
