General Description:

BeOne is seeking an Associate Director, Enterprise Data Governance to build, enable, and scale enterprise data governance and stewardship capabilities across the organization. This role is a key member of the Enterprise Data Governance function and is responsible for operationalizing data stewardship within a federated governance model.

Working closely with the Head of Enterprise Data Governance, this position will serve as a subject matter expert (SME), translating governance strategy, policy, and regulatory requirements into practical, scalable business processes. The Associate Director will lead domain onboarding, drive stewardship adoption, and oversee strategic governance initiatives.

This role partners across business, technology, security, privacy, legal, and compliance teams to establish trusted, compliant, and well-governed data assets that support analytics, AI readiness, regulatory compliance, and business decision-making. The position will also provide leadership to managed service providers and junior governance resources while monitoring stewardship effectiveness through defined metrics and reporting.
