Fullstack Engineer (Healthcare)

Задачи • Build patient experiences and doctors' tools end to end, from Figma designs to production, using React and Phoenix LiveView • Build native mobile apps in Swift and Kotlin • Grow a shared component library to keep screens consistent, fast, and accessible • Make products accessible to screen readers, keyboards, small phones, and users of Finnish, Swedish, and English • Work across APIs, data, and infrastructure as needed • Shape engineering practices, team culture, and hiring as the company grows

Требования • Experience shipping and maintaining serious production software • Strongest in agentic frontend or mobile app development, with readiness to work across the rest of the stack • Experience directing AI coding agents in everyday work while applying independent judgment • Attention to detail, performance, and accessibility • Interest in building healthcare products where clarity and trust matter more than features

Условия • Equity: 0.25–0.75% • Must already be legally eligible to work in Finland • Relocation, housing, and visa support are not available
