I’m working with a fast-growing, private equity-backed business to appoint a Lead Salesforce Product Owner. This is a senior product leadership role that stays hands-on.

Salesforce is the organisation’s core system. You will own it end to end, covering strategy, roadmap, backlog, releases, BAU support and technical debt across Sales, Marketing and Operations. Reporting to the Director of Technology, you will work with a high degree of autonomy and engage directly with senior and C-suite stakeholders.

Around 70% of the role is product ownership, stakeholder management, line management and vendor management, including an outsourced delivery partner. The remaining 30% is hands-on: declarative configuration and Flow, solution and design review, selected Apex/LWC development, and
