Service Manager - Fire & Security | Wiltshire Salary: To 60k + benefits

Lead a growing service operation in the fire and security industry. Our client is looking for an experienced Service Manager to run their service team, keep standards high and look after their clients. You'll report directly to the Operations & Commercial Director, so you'll have real influence on how the department develops.

The role

• Lead, mentor and manage the service team, including field engineers and coordinators • Oversee scheduling, planning and completion of service and maintenance work across fire and security systems • Make sure delivery meets company standards, contractual SLAs and industry compliance • Act as the
