Responsibilities:
Perform upgrades and maintain PC workstations such as desktop laptops, and industrial PCs. Maintain network infrastructure including firewalls, switches, and windows servers.
Maintain Active Directory domain for a small business. Duties include managing user accounts, DHCP, and DNS for the local domain.
Manage Office 365 / Entra ID environment. Examples of duties include but are not limited to password resets, helping with Two Factor Authentication,
