Senior Data Analyst

Salary: $900 - $1,000 p/d

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to support a major HRIS transformation, with a strong focus on preparing, cleansing and migrating HR data into Workday.

This is a hands-on role suited to a data professional with experience across HR and payroll datasets, data migration and enterprise system implementations. You will work closely with HR, payroll, technical teams and implementation partners to ensure data is accurate, complete and ready for successful migration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse, profile and cleanse HR and payroll data across multiple source systems. • Develop source-to-target data mappings and transformation rules aligned with Workday data requirements. • Identify data gaps, resolve quality issues and validate datasets ahead of migration. • Support Workday data loads, mock conversions, reconciliation, UAT and payroll parallel testing. • Assist with cutover
