Senior Business Analyst (Rostering System Replacement)

Salary: $850 - $950 per day

About the Opportunity Our client, a well-established provider in the health, disability and community services sector based in Auckland, is replacing its current on-premise rostering system with Allocate Optima, a modern, cloud-based rostering platform, targeting a go-live of April 2027. Allocate Optima is in use by 250+ organisations globally and is backed by a vendor with a strong reputation in the health and care technology space. We're looking for a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst to join this Rostering System Replacement Project and help ensure Allocate Optima is implemented in a way that is robust, secure and genuinely supports both frontline staff and the people the organisation supports. This is a contract engagement through to go-live, with strong potential for extension into further projects for the right candidate.
