Expert Backend Consultant (Python & Java)

Type of contract: B2B contract

Salary range: 155-205 PLN/H

What will you do?

You will design and develop production-grade AI and GenAI solutions built primarily in Python, contributing to a large-scale enterprise technology transformation. You will work on LLM-based capabilities, RAG solutions and agentic workflows, ensuring secure integration with an existing Java-based ecosystem. You will contribute to architecture discussions and help deliver scalable, secure and reliable AI solutions that meet enterprise standards.

Your tasks

• Design and develop production-grade AI and GenAI solutions in Python • Build and integrate LLM-based applications, RAG pipelines and agentic workflows • Develop secure APIs, microservices and integration components • Integrate Python-based solutions with existing Java services and enterprise platforms • Evaluate and validate AI-generated outputs using measurable quality
