War Data Platform / Palantir Foundry Data Architect & Analyst

Kalman & Company is seeking a highly motivated data architect and analyst with deep expertise in War Data Platform (WDP), Palantir Foundry, and modern data engineering practices to support our Federal and DoW clients. Successful candidates will have strong communication skills, advanced analytical and data modeling capabilities, and the ability to lead several of the largest and most technically complex data initiatives in Kalman’s portfolio. As part of the Business Analytics team, you will help our Government clients modernize data pipelines, enhance data readiness, and build mission-critical analytics that improve decision-making across the DoW. This will be a mostly offsite position with meeting attendance required occasionally in Stafford, VA. The salary range is $160K/yr-195K/yr.
