• Act as a Business Analyst for major initiatives by: • Gathering and documenting business requirements. • Identifying and managing stakeholders. • Creating Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and Detailed Requirements Specifications (DRS). • Serve as Project Coordinator for quarterly Change Requests
