IT Analyst
Location: Hougang
Working Days: Monday - Friday
Working hours : 8:30am -5:30pm
Salary : $2800 - $3800
Responsibilities
• Provide first- and second-level IT support to users, including troubleshooting hardware, software, network and application issues. • Provide application support for key business systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. • Develop and maintain a good understanding of Business Central and the organisation’s business processes and workflows. • Understand key business processes, including purchasing, sales, inventory, finance and approval workflows. • Support users in resolving Business Central application and access-related issues. • Assist in analysing business requirements and translating them into suitable IT or system solutions. • Support APIs, web services and system integrations between Business Central and other business
